Team skills, quotations and invoices for Phase 2

At the beginning of Phase 1 we started to make an overview about the skills and experience of every member of the group. Regarding for the second phase we evaluated which of these skills would be beneficial for the different assignments, you can find them here. Next to this we discussed the ambition of our group and formed an hourly rate based on results of the last phase and our intentions for Phase 2.
